The project concerns the design of the rearrangement of the ASTRA HEAD OFFICE space, located on the Philips Tower building, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

It has a characteristic elliptical shape with sharp layout endings and consists of a Central common use core, the Office area and a Circular annex.

On the perimeter of the main entrances room, two converging circular corridors give access to all main and auxiliary office rooms. In order to increase natural lighting on the corridor area most of the office façade partitions are constructed of glass panels.

The Offices total area is 966.48 sqm.
